Medication Synchronization
Our FREE Medication Synchronization Program, called “Med Sync” for short, is designed to get your medications “sync’d” so they are all refilled together, thereby saving trips to the pharmacy and giving our team the opportunity to review all of your medications for quality and safety at every refill. Our Med Sync patients get a call or text from a member of our team 5-7 days before medications are due to discuss any changes or special needs, allowing us to get necessary refills and order specialty items in plenty of time. When you come to pick up your medications, everything should be ready for you, saving you time! Let us know if you are interested in this service and we will be happy to get you signed up.

A current medication list (name, dose, how often)
